The Community, Culture, Resilience, and Safety (CCRS) Tax (CCRS) will be used to support citywide capital infrastructure needs, with up to 10% of the tax revenue dedicated to grants for non-profit organizations. An estimated $21.75 million over 15 years will go towards non-profit organization capital projects, as well as capacity building and planning for future capital investments.
