Join the City of Boulder for a free, informational event designed to help you understand:

  • Your rights as a tenant and what services are available to you
  • City laws around manufactured home communities
  • Topics related to building and home safety
  • Information about creating a more wildfire resilient home and community

Whether you rent, own or live in a manufactured home, city staff will be available to answer your questions and connect you with the resources you need.

Free and open to all Boulder community members. Refreshments, English/Spanish interpretation and bilingual materials will be provided.

Information Sessions

In addition to hosting information tables all evening, staff will present two sessions to cover important topics you need to know.

  • 5:30 to 6 p.m. | Tenant Rights and Services
    • Topics include:
      • Eviction Prevention and Rental Assistance Services
      • Information about the Community Mediation and Resolution Center
      • Manufactured home community codes and rules
  • 6:15 to 7 p.m. | Building and Home Safety
    • Topics include:
      • Building Safety Codes
      • Building and renovation permitting
      • Landscaping
      • Wildfire Resilience landscaping, home hardening, and defensible space
      • Drought watch and Water Conservation
