Additional Details
- You are only charged for children participating in the gymnastics portion - adults are not included in the guest count.
- For safety and liability reasons, adults are not permitted to use gymnastics equipment.
- Coaches will take attendance and confirm your guest count. If the number exceeds your package limit, additional charges will apply.
General Party Expectations
- Two gymnastics coaches will lead the gymnastics portion of the party.
- Decorations are not provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own to make the space festive.
- You’ll have 1 hour and 15 minutes before the party room portion begins to set up decorations, food, and treats.
- Please clean up after your party by wiping down tables and taking out trash. Leave the room as you found it.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all parents or guardians of participating children review the Boulder Parks and Recreation Department Online Agreements to understand citywide participation and facility-use policies. Please view the Facility Rental Terms and Conditions section, as these apply for all short term rentals.
