Mobile Food Vending (MFV) Clearance

  1. Give space (15 ft. for fire hydrants and 10 ft. for everything else, including buildings, building exits, structures such as tents, combustible materials, other cooking operations like food trucks and grills).
  2. Don't park in fire lanes or fire department access roads.
  3. Stabilize your food truck when it is parked (wheel chocks or jacks).
