The Boulder Police Department has arrested and charged a juvenile male with exposing himself to females and additional charges are possible.
At approximately 10 p.m. on Dec. 9, officers were called to the 1500 block of MacArthur Drive for a report of a male looking into a home while masturbating. The 16-year-old male ran away but was located by officers hiding nearby under a car.
He was initially charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and obstructing a peace officer. Thanks to in-depth police work, he was later charged with five additional misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure for similar incidents in the same area dating back to March.
