St. John's Episcopal Church has generously agreed to host the Community Court Program at 1419 Pine Street on Thursday afternoons from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This program has been hosted in the plaza area in front of the Penfield Tate II Municipal Building for the past two years. The location change will take effect on July 23, 2026.
The Community Court Program is a collaborative effort involving the Municipal Court, City Attorney’s Office and a variety of community and non-profit agencies including Deacon’s Closet, TGTHR, Behavioral Health Assistance Program (“BHAP”), Clinica, Focus Reentry, All Roads, the Boulder Police Department’s Homeless Outreach Team (“HOT”), Annie and Millie’s Place, Haven Ridge, Hazelbrook Recovery, Recovery Café, Soma-Soul Psychotherapy, Veteran’s Affairs, and most recently representatives from the City’s Open Space and Mountain Parks department. A host of community volunteers also assist with the success of this program. St. John’s Episcopal Church has provided resources and support to Boulder’s unhoused population for decades. The Community Court Program is grateful to St. Johns and TGTHR for making it possible for the Community Court Program to continue its outreach to our unhoused community.
