Person of Interest Sought in Shooting
BOULDER, Colo. – Boulder Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify a possible person of interest in connection to a shooting that occurred Monday night.
At approximately 10 p.m. on Feb. 27, officers received a call about a shooting in the 1300 block of Canyon Boulevard. Officers arrived on scene within three minutes and found an adult female suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. They applied a tourniquet, took her to the hospital for treatment and she was later released. The victim had been sleeping outside when she was confronted by the suspect, who ran away after the shooting. Detectives do not believe the pair knew each other.
Based on the investigation, the person pictured here has been identified as a possible person of interest in this crime.
