Which finals and what’s the Knope award? Happy to answer, if it means we get your vote!
Each year, the Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) network celebrates the best places in local government. Affectionately known as the ELGL Knope Award, this recognition program is designed to showcase and celebrate the places that local government maintains and manages.
This year, the Colorado Chautauqua, maintained by the City of Boulder in partnership with the Colorado Chautauqua Association, has reached the finals thanks to votes from our community. Now we need your help to become the champions.
Voting closes Friday, April 8 at midnight.
And, yes, the award is named after Leslie Knope, the character from the show Parks and Recreation.
Wish us luck and thanks for voting!
