The Open Space and Mountain Parks Woodley property is available for agricultural use. This 6-acre property is located north of Arapahoe Road and west of Willow Creek Drive.

The department has elected to pursue a negotiated assignment of the Woodley property to Light Root Community Farm. The Woodley property is contiguous with Light Root Community Farm’s lease area. Additional fencing along Dry Creek or the historic property boundaries to separate the two properties to make two lease areas is not cost effective or desirable.

You have the right to appeal staff’s recommendation to assign the Woodley property. You must do so in writing within five business days after the notice of property assignment is posted on the city website. All written appeals shall be delivered via e-mail to OSMPAgLeasing@bouldercolorado.gov. An appeal of the choice of assignment method shall briefly and succinctly state the reason why the decision is not consistent with the current OSMP guidelines (Agricultural Land Use Assignment Guidelines).
