Oversize Moving Permit Application

Note: The permit must be issued prior to moving. Obtain remodel permit before start of work at new site.

• Hauling company does not require a contractors license, however contact information is necessary.
• Permit information must include length, width and height.
  • 12.5 feet or over height load requires signal approval and a night move.
  • 11 feet or over width load requires signal approval and a night move.
  • Night moves occur between 10pm – 5am and require a map showing planned route.
