The Annual Customer Application (ACApp) is required for organizational renters (listed as "Corporate" accounts in Amilia SmartRec) who use BPR spaces. This applies to both exclusive and non-exclusive use and includes commercial and non-commercial activities of park land.
Individual operators who charge fees for an activity on park property or accept donations for participation must also have an approved ACApp.
Rangers will be enforcing ACApp compliance requirements regularly.
