About Carolyn
Police Legal Advisor Carolyn Wolf joined the City of Boulder in 2023. The Police Legal Advisor serves as in-house counsel and provides legal advice and opinions on criminal law matters to employees of the Police Department. Other duties include providing updates and training on recent court rulings and other legal issues.
Carolyn has spent the last 17 years working in local government. Prior to joining Boulder, she worked as a Municipal Prosecutor, Lead Municipal Prosecutor and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lakewood, Colorado.
