About Ronnie
Ronnie Pelusio is a founding partner of Pel-Ona Architects & Urbanists. Pel-Ona focuses on New Urbanism and offers services in Architecture, Planning and Code Writing. Ronnie is a licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with a diverse, well-rounded and detail-oriented palette of skills. He helps to manage and lead teams through all phases of the entitlement, design and construction processes. Ronnie is capable of sketching site and building designs by hand, capturing the vision of the team, and managing the process to seeing this vision realized.
Ronnie has first-hand experience as a developer on multi-family infill projects, establishing a background that allows him to create and analyze a proforma against development scenarios. He serves on the City of Boulder’s Landmarks Board, giving him greater insight into public process and local government. He has also served on the boards of multiple professional organizations and Home Owners’ Associations, which has informed his design decisions regarding the end user and long-term management. These experiences give him a unique perspective that is reflected in his approach and sensitivity to the roles of the private developer, public official and resident or tenant.
Graduating top in his class, he received a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies with a focus in Communications from Ithaca College.
