Recreation Center Birthday Party Disclaimer

• Party Package includes designated party room rental with tables and chairs and daily facility entry fee for up to 20 attendees. Additional guest fee is $5 per person.
• There will be a $15 administrative charge to make any changes to this rental agreement.

Full refund (minus admin fee) up to 2 weeks prior to rental date. NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS the day of rental. Less then two weeks prior to rental, there will be a 50% withdraw fee.

In the event of a pool closure and party cancellation, your party can be moved to another available date or location at no charge. If the party is not rescheduled, and continues within the reserved room or uses other amenities (Gymnasium, Ninja Studio, etc.), a 50% refund may be issued upon request.

• The renter must pay for ALL time spent in the rented room, including set-up and clean-up time. Late fee of $35 may apply if you are over your scheduled time.
• It is your responsibility as the renter to set up and take down any necessary tables/chairs during your event.
• You are responsible for trash and room clean up following your event. Uncleaned spaces may be subject to a $100 cleaning fee.
• The following are prohibited: glass, piñatas, alcohol, smoking, lighting of candles.
• Lock party room when not in use.
• Food and drink only in party room.
• Do not tape, pin, or attach decorations to the walls in the party room. Wall or other equipment damages may be subject to a fee.
• No attendant supplied by the City to monitor the party room.
• Do not have ceiling fans on if you have balloons in the party room.
• Pool available only during your scheduled rental.
• Any child under the age of 6 years MUST have an adult within arms reach at all times in pool.
