What is a Festival Lodging Rental License?
Festival Lodging Rental License is a rental license that the city has created to allow people to rent out their house for less than a month during a Special Festival Events in the city. This license, different than a short-term rental license, has fewer application requirements, is limited to when a city-approved Special Festival Event is occurring plus 10 days prior and 9 days following the event, and is limited to a maximum of 29 days per year.
The Festival Lodging Rental License applications are now open for Sundance Film Festival.
