Permit Information

R.O.W. Permit Quantities Information

  • Must be submitted with all ROW, Wet Utilities, and In-Property Permit Applications

Right of Way and Wet Utilities

  • Only a right-of-way licensed contractor may apply for the ROW Permit, and it must be present on the construction site.

In-Property

  • Homeowner or licensed right-of-way contractor may apply for the permit.

Traffic Control Plan (TCP)

  • Required for work within the ROW.

Parking Services Approval

  • If metered/permit parking is affected by the work, written approval from Parking Services must be obtained prior to submitting the ROW Permit.

Forestry Approval

  • For the removal of or disturbance to any tree in the public ROW, written approval from the City Forester must be obtained prior to submitting the ROW Permit.
