R.O.W. Permit Quantities Information
- Must be submitted with all ROW, Wet Utilities, and In-Property Permit Applications
Right of Way and Wet Utilities
- Only a right-of-way licensed contractor may apply for the ROW Permit, and it must be present on the construction site.
In-Property
- Homeowner or licensed right-of-way contractor may apply for the permit.
Traffic Control Plan (TCP)
- Required for work within the ROW.
Parking Services Approval
- If metered/permit parking is affected by the work, written approval from Parking Services must be obtained prior to submitting the ROW Permit.

Forestry Approval
- For the removal of or disturbance to any tree in the public ROW, written approval from the City Forester must be obtained prior to submitting the ROW Permit.

Inspections
- Inspections must be requested through rowinspectionrequest@bouldercolorado.gov.
- Note that the City of Boulder may require additional plans, permits or documentation as a condition of any ROW permit.
