Garage Waitlist Policy:
Permit space(s) will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A customer can only apply for up to five (5) spaces on any given wait list. You may request to be added to as many wait lists as you qualify for. You will be asked to renew your wait list entry on an annual basis. Please let our staff know if you no longer wish to purchase a permit. Waitlist permit space(s) are transferable only when the name on the waitlist is that of a business or property and is part of the sale of that business or property.
Important:
You will be notified via email when parking spaces become available. It is your responsibility to notify Parking & Access of an email, address or phone number change. Email notifications will come from Ticket_Response@bouldercolorado.gov or parkingservices@bouldercolorado.gov.
