Overview

The Boulder Municipal Court has jurisdiction over violations of city ordinances, including traffic, photo enforcement, parking, animal and misdemeanor criminal offenses that have occurred within the Boulder city limits.

Remote Access to Municipal Court Proceedings

All sessions of the Municipal Court, including online virtual hearings, are, by law, open to the public to observe. Members of the public who wish to view an online virtual session of the Court may do so on the following links:

Non-Jail Hearings (Typically held Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM)

Jail Sessions (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30 AM)

No electronic recording, video, still photography, or audio capture of the live streaming is allowed without expressed written permission of the Court.
