The Beverage Licensing Authority (BLA) has determined that it is a local condition of a liquor license that all employees involved in service or sale of alcohol are required to attend and pass a state-approved responsible vendor alcohol training within 2 months of opening or 2 months of hire date (or earlier). E-training is not accepted.
