Flagstaff Summit Road closed to vehicles for winter
The summit road is closed to vehicles until May. Visitors may still access the area on foot. The closest open trailhead is Realization Point.
Extreme Weather Shelter
An "Extreme Weather Shelter" will be open from Saturday, Jan. 18 through at least Tuesday, Jan. 21 to provide safe shelter for unhoused community members during the dangerous cold spell.
