  • Community Foundation Boulder County 2024 Community Trust grants are open for applications now through May 2. This grant addresses needs throughout Boulder County in the following areas: animal care and welfare, arts and culture, civic engagement, education, environment, and health and human services. Community Trust grants range between $3,000 and $9,000.

  • The Colorado Creative Industries Summit returns May 9 - 10 in Pueblo. Connect, learn from, and be inspired by more than 300 creative stakeholders from over 60 Colorado cities and towns who attend the summit. Registration is now open.
  • Paperworks 2024 is an annual online competition with a two-month long exhibition on the B.J. Spoke Gallery website for finalists, small cash prizes for winners and an online reception. The deadline for 2024 submissions is June 5. Learn more and enter the competition.
  • Street Wise Mural Festival returns Sept. 13 - 15! The Call for Artists will be open from May 1 - 31. In 2024, Street Wise Arts invites artists to create public art projects that address themes of environmentalism and climate change with the goal to educate and empower community members to take action. Learn more about this year's festival and ways to participate.
  • Call for Walls: Street Wise Arts is looking for wall submissions for their 2024 festival. They are seeking walls that meet some of the following requirements: outdoor walls in East Boulder, outdoor walls with high profiles/visibility and outdoor walls with little or no obstructions. Submit your wall by May 31, 2024.
  • Call for Muralists: Stair Mural Project at Belmar Shopping Complex. The Belmar Shopping District, Alameda Corridor Business Improvement District and 40 West Arts seek a muralist to paint a stair mural on-site at Belmar Shopping District, an active shopping complex with daily visitors in the thousands. Artists are encouraged to approach the murals in any way they choose. Varied styles, mediums and concepts are welcomed. Apply by Sunday, April 28.
  • The Partners in the Outdoors Program is a platform for networking and collaboration to advance and balance outdoor recreation and conservation in Colorado. To support these efforts, Colorado Parks and Wildlife provides grant funds to assist partners across the state who are helping to achieve this goal.   • Be an Advocate for the Arts! Sign up for the Colorado Arts Action Network (CAAN) newsletter and lend your voice to support arts in Colorado. You can ensure that arts, culture and the creative industries are valued and supported by policymakers and voters, resulting in economically vibrant, healthy, and equitable communities throughout our state.
