Construction and Maintenance of City Owned Facilities

The City of Boulder Is Improving Our Five Downtown Parking Garages

At times, there will be impacts from noise, dust and some parking areas will be closed. The projects include important maintenance repairs and improvements such as power washing and re-striping. The schedule for this work is fluid, and crews may move from garage to garage based on schedule and type of work occurring.

11th & Spruce	Week of June 1, Full Garage Closure – Parking Garage Closed 4 Months Week of June 15, Construction Begins on Tenant Spaces (Details for Each Space will be provided)
Randolph	June 8 - 19: Half of level 3 and all of levels 4 and 5 will be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for planned maintenance. During that time, Spruce parking permits will be honored at both the 10th & Walnut (St Julien) and 14th & Walnut (RTD) garages.
