Construction and Maintenance of City Owned Facilities

Active Survey

The city is working with a national research firm, Probolsky Research, on a randomized and statistically valid survey to better understand community concerns and opinions about potential 2026 ballot measures. Boulder voters may receive a phone call, text or email to complete the survey, which will be available in both English and Spanish.

The City of Boulder Is Improving Our Five Downtown Parking Garages

At times, there will be impacts from noise, dust and some parking areas will be closed. The projects include important maintenance repairs and improvements such as power washing and re-striping. The schedule for this work is fluid, and crews may move from garage to garage based on schedule and type of work occurring.

Randolph	June 8 - 19: Half of level 3 and all of levels 4 and 5 will be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for planned maintenance. During that time, Spruce parking permits will be honored at both the 10th & Walnut (St Julien) and 14th & Walnut (RTD) garages.
