Product Assignments and Use:
Construction
Construction-related activities of any person who, in the ordinary course or trade or business is engaged in the servicing, maintenance, construction, reconstruction, remodeling, or repair of buildings and other structures. Products may be used during such periods of time in which such person is actually and actively engaged in the construction-related activity, and within reasonable proximity to the place of service.
Requirements: Copy of Building permit, Right of Way Permit (ROW), or Contract on Business letterhead, signed by all parties, if there is not a requirement for a Building or ROW permit.
Permit Use
The permit must be used within a one-block radius of the address that it is set to on the customer portal.
Fees:
$5 per permit. The number of permits issued is up to the discretion of the Parking & Access Services team.
All products are issued on monthly basis and should be used during the hours that the NPP Zone is enforced. These hours are as follows:
