The objective of this meeting is to fulfill the obligations of the intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between the City of Boulder and the Boulder Public Library District. The IGA is available at https://boulderlibrary.org/about/board/. This is a public meeting open to community members, though dinner will only be available for council, board members, and city/library staff. There will be no opportunities for public comment or public participation at this meeting. Members of the public who wish to attend must do so in person.
