• Observe the public hearing via computer. The link is posted 24 hours before the meeting.
• Call in to the public hearing video conference via telephone. The call-in information is posted 24 hours before the meeting.

Community members may sign up to testify in public hearings. There is no limit to the number of community members who can sign up to speak at a public hearing, and individuals will speak in the order in which they signed up.

To register to speak for public hearing, please email duenass@bouldercolorado.gov. Please specify if you would like to speak on behalf of Item 4a or 4b.
