The Community Briefing and Listening Session will include a staff presentation and overview of the draft annexation agreement, and provide an opportunity for community members to share their views with City Council members, CU representatives, and city staff. There has been significant progress in agreement between the city and CU on many key topics including development parameters, costs for infrastructure and earth fill, transportation improvements and access and others.
The meeting will be moderated by a facilitator, and community members will utilize the raise hand function to indicate they would like to speak. Since there may be many people who would like to comment, we encourage prepared comments to be less than 3 minutes.
