Briefing 2:30 to 3 p.m. - Staff will provide an update on any new information. If the briefing takes fewer than 30 minutes, we will start the Listening Session early.
Listening Session 3 - 4:30 p.m. - We will provide an opportunity for community members to share their views with City Council members, CU Representatives, and city staff. This will include a brief introduction of the expectations and 10 minute reservation of time at the end to respond to questions or clarifications.
There are 30, two-minute timeslots available for community members to sign-up to speak at this event. If there is time remaining, community members who were unable to sign-up to speak will have the opportunity to speak using the raise-hand function. Please only sign-up to speak at one of the listening sessions, so we can allow space for additional speakers. If you would like to share materials, please send them to Holly Opansky at OpanskyH@bouldercolorado.gov by 9 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 9.
This meeting will be held virtually and the call-in and link information will be posted on this page, 24 hours in advance.
