PROJECT: LUR2023-00005, 1230 Pine Street, Site Review Amendment for renovations to the Hotel Boulderado Annex I & II Buildings including the creation of 14 new guest rooms and suites in the area of the current first floor conference center and commercial kitchen in Annex II; creation of 1 new guest room through minor expansion of floor area under existing patio roofs in Annex I; updates to entry locations and streetscape; modifications to entries and interiors for accessibility; site and landscaping updates. (Proposal involves only Annex I & II and does not involve any changes to the Historic Boulderado Hotel property)
