In observance of the Presidents Day Holiday on Monday, Feb. 16, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
A. Public hearing and consideration of an application to designate the property at 745 University Ave. (HIS2025-00357) as an individual landmark, pursuant to Section 9-11-5 of the Boulder Revised Code 1981, and under the procedures prescribed by chapter 1-3, “Quasi-Judicial Hearings,” B.R.C. 1981. Owner / Applicant: Celeste H. Landry and Eric A. Cornell.
B. Public hearing and consideration of an application to demolish a building constructed c. 1962 at 1585 30th Street (HIS2025-00367), a non-landmarked property older than 50 years old, pursuant to Section 9-11-23 of the Boulder Revised Code, 1981, and under the procedures prescribed by chapter 1-3, “Quasi-Judicial Hearings,” B.R.C. 1981. Owner/Applicant: City of Boulder, represented by Leana Evenson, Facilities Project Manager.

The Landmarks Board is constituted under the Landmarks Preservation Ordinance (Ordinance No. 4721; Title 9, Chapter 11, Boulder Revised Code, 1981) to designate landmarks and historic districts; review and approve applications for Landmark Alteration Certificates on such buildings or in such districts; review demolition applications for non-designated buildings over 50 years old; and recognize buildings as Structures of Merit.
