- A. Request for a recommendation to City Council to amend Section 5-7-5, “City Manager Authority to Grant Permission to Consume Alcoholic Beverages on City-Owned Property”, B.R.C. 1981, to allow alcohol consumption at events that support agricultural activities on open space properties with a current farm crop and grazing lease in good standing.
B. Request for a recommendation to City Council to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) concerning the management of the Coalton Trail on property co-owned by both the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks Department and Boulder County Parks and Open Space in substantially the form of Attachment B.
C. Request for a recommendation to grant a non-exclusive license agreement to Public Service Company of Colorado, Inc. acknowledging the installation of, and permitting continued access to, three groundwater monitoring wells on the Valmont Butte Open Space property as part of the company’s groundwater remediation and monitoring project on the larger city-owned Valmont Butte property.
