The Planning Board generally meets on the first and third, and occasionally fourth, Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. The board will meet either in the City Council Chambers, 1777 Broadway or hold the meeting Virtually.

A. CALL UP ITEM: Final Plat to subdivide the properties at 2830, 2860 and 2890 Arapahoe Ave. to create two lots. Lot 1 is 17,640.28 sq. ft. and Lot 2 is 55,082.37 sq. ft. (Ralphie’s Subdivision Final Plat, case no. TEC2020-00007). This application is subject to potential call-up on or before Nov 1, 2022. The Preliminary Plat was approved through case no. LUR2020-00007.

A. AGENDA TITLE: Public Hearing and Concept Plan Review and Comment for the redevelopment of a 2.33 acre area including the properties generally known as 2504, 2506, 2536, and 2546 Spruce St., 2055 26th St., and 2537 Pearl St., with 101 residential units and 160 Parking spaces and amenities for residents. The proposal includes 88 market rate and 13 affordable on-site condominiums. Reviewed under case no. LUR2022-00033.
