Immigrant Heritage Month events and celebrations honor the immigrants who have shaped the city for generations. These events celebrate the successful integration of immigrants into the civic, economic and cultural life of the Boulder community.

Luna Cultura will host interactive activities for families who identify as Latina, Mexican-American, Mexican, Spanish-speaking, mestizo, indigenous and/or Afro-descendant, to share stories; learn from others; exchange experiences; explore aspects of oral tradition and the writing of narratives and poems; and to celebrate the origins and contributions of migrant communities in the culture, the economy, and in all areas of life in the City of Boulder.

Activities include a wellness and resilience session, culinary experiences, music, writing workshop, art and artivism and storytelling of traditions.
