Additional Victims Sought After Peeping Investigation Discoveries

In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
Boulder Police detectives are trying to identify additional victims as part of an ongoing investigation into a series of peeping incidents.
On the evening of June 8, detectives identified and arrested James Walter Baird, 48, of Lakewood, after a game camera captured a man masturbating while watching a juvenile female in the shower. The incidents occurred May 8, May 12, May 15, May 25, June 4, and June 8. Baird was charged with invasion of privacy, obstruction, resisting arrest and third-degree trespass. Additional charges are pending. At his court hearing, he was given a $10,000 cash/surety/property bond and later released.
Further investigation has resulted in detectives finding additional video and photographic evidence of other victims.
