They’ll be bringing amazing talent to the Glen Huntington Bandshell this summer as part of Arts in the Park!
These Signature Performances and more are happening through the end of August as part of the City of Boulder’s arts and cultural performance program.
“We’ve been thrilled with our lineup of performers during Arts in the Park,” said Events Manager Justin Greenstein. “If you haven’t had a chance to join us yet this summer, our upcoming Signature Performances provide a great opportunity to discover some of our city’s talented performance groups outdoors in Boulder’s Civic Area.”
Scheduled Arts in the Park performances include:
- Boulder Symphony - July 4
- Boulder Opera - July 29-30
- Boulder Philharmonic August 26-27
- Butterfly Effect Theatre of Colorado’s Amelia’s Big Idea – July 22
- Butterfly Effect Theatre of Colorado’s Dorothy’s Dictionary – July 22
- Colorado Brazil Fest – Aug. 11-13
- Figures in Literature Painting - ongoing
For performing arts and cultural group information, schedule, and tickets visit boulderartsinthepark.com. Tickets are also available for purchase in person at the Dairy Arts Center Box Office or by calling 303-444-7328.
Community members attending a performance should check the FAQs and rules. As a reminder, pets are not allowed inside the Bandshell venue during ticketed events, and outside alcohol is not allowed. Food trucks are onsite to purchase food. In addition, the PLAY Boulder Foundation sponsors the beer and wine garden with proceeds supporting parks and recreation programs and spaces in the city.
The city is partnering with PLAY Boulder Foundation, Visit Boulder, Downtown Boulder, and Avery Brewing Company to provide these accessible performances and support several local nonprofit organizations.
