All Boulder Public Library locations will be closed from Dec. 19 – 25 to transition technology systems over to the Boulder Public Library District and for the holidays.
Materials will not be due back during the closure. All materials on the hold shelf during the closure will remain on hold through Dec. 30.
Digital collections with Libby, Hoopla and Kanopy will remain available during the closure. However, Boulder Public Library’s physical collection will be unavailable for new holds.
The book returns at the Main Library, Meadows, Reynolds and NoBo Branches will remain open.
If during the closure the forecast shows that Critical Weather Conditions will be reached, Boulder Shelter for the Homeless will make an additional 20 beds available at the shelter. They will also remain open for those who stayed overnight when critical weather conditions are met during the daytime.
Boulder Public Library card holders can check out items at Broomfield, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville and Loveland libraries.
