Indecent Exposure Suspect Arrested

In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
BOULDER, Colo. – Thanks to good investigative work and community tips, the Boulder Police Department has arrested a suspect in an indecent exposure case.
The suspect had been seen following college-aged women to their homes in the University Hill and Goss Grove neighborhoods at night in the past few days.
Suspect Nimroid Boles Folsom, 51, was arrested last night in the city on a single count of indecent exposure and additional charges are possible. He has a no bond warrant and will go before a judge at 2 p.m. today.

As in every criminal case, these charges are an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty.
