Superheroes are wanted to work in our department!
If you are looking for a job this summer, how about a position with Boulder’s Parks and Recreation Department (BPR)? From being a lifeguard to a camp counselor to helping in our urban parks, we’re looking for people who care as much about helping our community play as we do. Learn more about open positions at our in-person job fair at the North Boulder Recreation Center on Wednesday, Feb. 16. from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
We're hiring over 300 positions in the following areas:
- Flatirons Golf Course
- Sports leagues and programs
- Parks
- Pools and Reservoir
- Fitness, mind and body programming/classes
- Recreation centers
- Youth services
- Summer camps
- EXPAND (serving people with disabilities)
Earn from $13 to $34/hour (based on position and experience) with flexible hours. Get paid to learn recreation, eco-park care, job, and leadership skills. Applicants need to be 15 and older for these seasonal and hourly positions.

Job fair attendees can enjoy light refreshments, free giveaways, and fun interactions with future teammates at the event. This event will follow all current COVID-protocols to protect attendees.
BPR will hold a virtual job fair the last week of March and another in-person job fair on Wednesday, April 13.
