Older Adult Services offers various tech programs and coaching on a monthly basis. Some programs require city of Boulder residency.

  • Boulder County residents may apply for the county’s Empower with Tech program. Service offerings will include individual and group education, offered both in-person and online. Income qualifications apply. Contact an Older Adult Services Case Managers at 303-441-4388 to learn more.

Boulder Public Library

  • Drop-in Tech Help - Saturdays from 1 - 3 p.m. at the Main Library in the Flatirons Room, and 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Meadows Library. Sessions limited to 15 minutes when others are waiting. No registration required. Bring your own device.
  • Teach Yourself Tech Available on the library website, in specific learning areas.

Sister Carmen Community Center

Sister Carmen in Lafayette has Digital Navigators on staff to provide occasional, one-on-one technology support. Services include assistance with device set-up, email, online accounts and passwords, Social Security, Medicaid and benefit portals, searching for affordable internet service, filling out online applications, and more.
