Texting notification service

Sign up for our text notification service. You'll receive updates about unexpected operational changes at our recreation facilities, pools, and parks. Please note that we won’t send texts for lightning-related closures unless they result in a full-day facility shutdown, due to their frequency. The city uses the WeatherBug app to track nearby lightning strikes if you want to track along with us.

We send an email newsletter once per month based on a seasonal theme. Topics include include new classes and programs, park updates and events, rec center deals and more. We never share or sell email addresses.
