About Gina
Police Financial Services Manager Gina Coluzzi joined the City of Boulder in 2015 in the Central Finance Budget Office and moved to the Boulder Police Department in 2019 as their Business Services Manager. She oversees all business and facilities aspects of the department. Areas of responsibility include oversight of the department’s $40 million budget, financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, position management, grants management, and oversight of the facilities maintenance group.
Prior to the City of Boulder, Gina worked as the Budget and Grants Manager for the County of Los Alamos, New Mexico, and has over 25 years of local government experience in various areas of finance, HR and financial systems management and performance management.
