Personal services vendor means any person providing personal services on a one-on-one basis which does not involve the sale of goods.
Rules/Regulations/Requirements:
- Massage therapist applicants are required to provide their State of Colorado registration card.
- No amplified sound (radios, CD players, etc.)
- Do not set up in fire lane (herringbone brick pattern)
Only these items in a 5’ x 6’ area:
- One table or one blanket (as long as all such equipment is hand carried in one trip onto and off the mall)
- One advertising sign (no larger than eighteen inches by eighteen inches)
- No rugs or canopies
- Goods may not be displayed or exchanged
Shared Permits:
Permits may be shared, provided the individuals sharing the permit provide the same category of service and are listed on the application at the time it is submitted. Only one of the persons listed on the application may use the permit at any time. It is the responsibility of these sharing applicants to work out who will use the permit when. If two or more persons are attempting to use the shared permit at the same time, all will be held equally responsible for the infraction.
Application Deadline:
12 p.m. on the 25th of each month for permits awarded for the following month. Exceptions will be noted. Each application must be submitted personally by the applicant.
