  • The Call for Artists for Roots Music Fest is live! Save the date for this year's event, August 28 - 30. Learn more and apply to be part of Roots Music Fest 2026.
  • Visit Boulder, in partnership with Create Boulder has grant funding opportunities for Boulder events, arts and cultural experiences through the Events, Arts & Culture Grant Program. Their Spring 2026 review process is currently open for Summer/Fall/Winter events: June 1 - December 31, 2026. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2026. Learn more and apply.
  • The Museum of Boulder is inviting the community at large to submit designs for a new unofficial flag of Boulder with the goal of sparking conversation about history, heritage, identity, landscape, land use, belonging, and how we represent ourselves to the world. Submissions are due Friday, April 24 at midnight (MT), and awards will include separate recognition for elementary school designs, amateur designs, and a $500 cash prize for the best overall flag. Email up to five designs to flag@museumofboulder.org with the subject line “Boulder Flag Design Submission.”

  • The City of Boulder is hiring for an Economic Development Program Manager. This role is responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of the city's economic development programs. Applications are due April 16, 2026.
  • The Boulder Festival Lodging Program invites local residents and property owners to provide short‑term lodging for Sundance Film Festival beginning in 2027. The program offers hosts the opportunity to make their homes or eligible units available during the limited festival period while earning income and helping to create a welcoming citywide festival experience.   • CBCA's Leadership Arts Board Fair and Graduation Celebration is the culmination of the 2025-2026 Leadership Arts program. The event will be hosted at the Lone Tree Arts Center on Wednesday, May 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. The event includes both a Cultural Nonprofit Board Fair and a Leadership Arts Graduation Celebration.   • The Town of Truckee invites artists or artist teams to submit qualifications to design and create artwork
    for the Coldstream Road/Donner Pass Road/I-80 Roundabout located in Truckee, California. Submissions are due April 24, 2026. Learn more.
  • The City of Greenwood Village’s Curtis Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the 43rd Annual All Colorado Art Show. This juried exhibition is open to Colorado-based artists and welcomes original work in all media. The exhibition will be on view July 13 – August 28, 2026, with an opening reception on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The deadline for entry is May 1, 2026.
  • Park City invites experienced artists and artist teams to submit proposals to create and install artwork that will enhance up to 21 bus shelters throughout Park City, celebrating the spirit of “Timeless Connections.” Proposals are due Friday, May 1 at 5:00 p.m. Learn more and submit a proposal.
  • The Dairy Arts Center annual call for art is open for submissions now through April 30. They seek bold, thoughtful exhibition proposals across all visual art mediums. Learn more about the open call.
  • Denver Public Art has several open opportunities for artists, including a project at the Denver Performing Arts Complex.
  • Sans Souci Festival of Dance Cinema is accepting dance film submissions for its 2026 festival. The last date to submit a film is May 17, 2026. See all submission categories and submit a project.
