Rental Guidelines

  • Rentals are a minimum of two hours.
  • Full deposit is due once contract has been signed. Deposit maybe used for any damaged incurred during rental. Damages occurring as a result of your players, coaches, and spectators will be billed directly to renter. Remaining rental balance is due at completion of rental.
  • Fields will not be rented to any organization whose use of the fields presents a conflict of interest.
  • The number of supervisors, field preparation, lights, portable toilets, trash removal, and scheduled maintenance, etc. will be determined by the sports staff based on the event.
  • Liability insurance of $2,000,000 naming the City of Boulder as additionally insured is required for special events, camps, and tournaments.
  • Dogs and glass bottles are not allowed at the athletic complexes.
  • Field playability will be determined by the City of Boulder within the gated facilities. It is your responsibility to contact the Sports office at 303-413-7200, option #3, then option #1.
  • Field playability will be determined by the renter on satellite fields. If snow is present fields will be closed.
  • Request are not taken until Nov. 1 of the year before the requested date.
  • This request does not guarantee a reservation. All request will be reviewed by recreation staff starting Nov. 1 of each calendar year.
