Helpful Hints
Having trouble registering? Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Enter only the 5-digit zip code of the service address.
- If there are 2 customer names shown on your bill, enter only the first one.
- Enter both your full customer number and your full account number separated by a dash with no spaces. For example, 0001234-0012345678 (where 0001234 is the customer number and 1112345678 is the account number).
- Passwords must be 8 characters, and at least two characters must be either upper-case, or lower-case, or be special characters or numbers.
- If you get an error message saying your email is already in use, you may not be on the new Customer Billing Portal site. Clear your browser cache and then visit the link. Instructions for clearing your browser cache can be found through a search on the web.
