Before You Submit

Has everything been Included?

Once an application is submitted the review clock starts and the processing deadline is established. Sometimes applicants do not include all the required information and are found ineligible because they do not have this information in by the end of the processing time. Please review your application to confirm you have completed all the fields and included all the required supporting documents.

Pre-Submission Review

Program staff can review an application before it is submitted (before the processing clock has started). This pre-submission review may identify missing information or documents. This is not a comprehensive review; however, it can determine if key pieces of information are missing. To schedule an in person or virtual review please call 303-441-3157 or email homeownership@bouldercolorado.gov.
