3. Boulder Marijuana Hospitality City Provisions- continued discussion
- i. The CLAB does not recommend at this time that the City of Boulder proceed with mobile consumption locations or bring your own consumption licensed locations. The board has discussed city requirements for retail sales marijuana hospitality licensed locations. Their prior discussion topics, have included but were not limited to:
- a. Employee training, e.g. green labs and visible signs of intoxication training
- b. Law Enforcement capability
- c. Ventilation requirements
- d. Consumer education and awareness
- e. Public perception

5. Matters from the Senior Counsel
