3. DISCUSSION OF DISPOSITIONS, PLANNING BOARD CALL-UPS/CONTINUATIONS
A. Call Up: Amendment to the Boulderado Annex (P-88-20 / P-83-23) to for renovations to the Hotel Boulderado Annex I & II Buildings including creation of 15 new guest rooms and suites, including in the area of the current first floor conference center and commercial kitchen in Annex II and through minor expansion of floor area under existing patio roof in Annex I; updates to entry locations and accessibility; and streetscape, site and landscaping updates. The call-up period expires on Nov. 14, 2023.
4. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
A. AGENDA TITLE: Public hearing and Planning Board action on a request to extend the approval of Site & Use Review application no. LUR2020-00063 to develop the 9.87-acre site located at 4775, 4725, and 4649 Spine Road with 230 attached residential units, a cafe, library, art space and community areas, as well as a mobility hub and green space.
5. MATTERS FROM THE PLANNING BOARD, PLANNING DIRECTOR, AND CITY ATTORNEY
A. INFORMATION ITEM: TECHNICAL DOCUMENT REVIEW: Lot Line Elimination to remove the lot lines between Lots 7,8, and 9, Block 3, Interurban Park Addition to create a single 0.58-acre lot (Case No. TEC2023-00006).
