The Planning Board generally meets on the first and third, and occasionally fourth, Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. The board will meet either in the City Council Chambers, 1777 Broadway or hold the meeting Virtually.

    A.     CALL UP ITEM: USE REVIEW for an animal kennel use (Humane Society of Boulder Valley) at 5320 Arapahoe Ave. Unit B to allow dog training classes and private behavior consultations in the existing 3,400 square foot tenant space.     The proposed hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. Case no. LUR2021-00034. The call-up period expires on October 21, 2021.
