• Cultivate: Fix It Program – Skilled volunteers perform simple home repairs, wheelchair/walker repairs, and grab bar installations.
• Accessible Systems "Lifeway Mobility" – Specializes in mobility solutions for people with disabilities. In-home estimates include an evaluation and available options to meet specific needs including but not limited to grab-bars, ramps, and lift/transfer systems, installing elevators, and vertical lifts.
• Crisis Intervention Program – Provides critical emergency heating system repairs or replacements for income-qualified homeowners at no cost.
• Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Low Income Radon Mitigation Assistance Program – Provides financial assistance to reduce radon in your home.
• Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program – Helps eligible individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs.
• EnergySmart – Helps residents and businesses in Boulder County submit rebate applications, select energy efficient equipment, and find qualified contractors.
• Colorado Energy Office Home Energy Rebate Program – Income-qualified homeowners and renters! Up to $14,000 may be available for you to reduce upfront costs for high-efficiency electric appliances and energy upgrades. Eligible Upgrades Include:
  • Heat pumps for space heating and cooling
  • Heat pump water heaters
  • Stoves, cooktops, ranges and ovens
  • Electric panels
  • Insulation
  • Air sealing and ventilation
  • Electric wiring
