Boulder Police Investigating the death of an unidentified male found in Boulder Creek.
The Boulder Police Department is investigating the death of an unidentified male found in the Boulder Creek near 9th Street around 10:15 a.m. today.
At approximately 10:15 a.m. on Friday, March 22, Boulder Police and Boulder Fire-Rescue were called to the Boulder Creek path bridge on 9th Street for the report of a man in the water. Upon arrival, crews found the man in the creek, deceased. The Boulder County Coroner was called, and detectives responded to the scene.
The Boulder County Coroner’s Office will identify the body and notify the next of kin.
At this time, there is no indication of foul play and no danger to the community. Identification of the male will likely not be made until early next week. When/if there is additional information, Boulder Police Department will share it.
